How Advisors Sustain Momentum & Become Industry Connectors
Part 5 of my Activation for Advisors series

You’ve made it to the final edition of this series—and I’m so glad you stuck with me.
Over the past few newsletters, we’ve traced the same path that I take teams of professional advisors on, covering everything from identifying blind spots, to mapping influence, to curating meaningful communities.
And now? It’s time to multiply that influence and keep the momentum going. 🔥
Because let’s be honest—anyone can show up strong once. The real challenge? Showing up consistently in a way that keeps you visible, valuable, and top-of-mind. ☝️
That’s what the third and final phase of our Activation for Advisors program is all about: turning Activation into a habit and building what we call the Perpetual Influence Engine.
Phase 3: The Influence Multiplier
This is what turns advisors from great networkers into trusted leaders. Here’s what we focus on in the final month of the program:
If people can’t see you, they can’t trust you. And if they can’t trust you, they won’t refer you. That’s why we help advisors create a body of work that reflects their expertise and makes them easy to recommend. Building up that body of work can include:
1️⃣ Creating simple, high-impact content (no need to be a full-time creator)
2️⃣ Leveraging panels, webinars, and podcasts to share your perspective
3️⃣ Using platforms like LinkedIn to stay top-of-mind without being overly promotional
💭 Reflection prompt: What would someone find if they looked you up right now—does it reflect your current level of expertise and leadership?
🤝 Hosting Strategic Gatherings
You don’t need to throw giant conferences to have influence. We can teach you and your team how to host small, curated gatherings—dinners, roundtables, virtual salons—that:
1️⃣ Bring the right people together at the right time
2️⃣ Strengthen existing relationships through shared experience
3️⃣ Naturally lead to new business and referrals
💭 Ask yourself: What kind of room would you be proud to host—and who do you want in it?
🧠 Positioning as an Industry Thought Leader
Advisors often say, “I don’t want to be famous—I just want to be known in the right circles.” We get that! We show advisors how to:
👉 Define the topics they want to be known for
👉 Develop a cadence of sharing ideas (written or spoken)
👉 Use positioning to attract aligned clients, not chase them
💭 Consider: If someone in your industry needed help with what you do best, would your name come to mind first?

This is the flywheel we build toward all along. By this point, advisors know how to:
👉 Turn clients and partners into advocates
👉 Spark warm referrals through consistent value
👉 Sustain momentum even during “slow” seasons
It’s not about endless hustle—it’s about intentional systems that keep working even when you’re not.
💭 Think about it: What systems do you have in place to make sure people are still thinking about you—even when you’re not in the room?
By the end of Month 3 of my Activation for Advisors program, advisors walk away with:
